Terms of Use

These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between you and Trust.Zone. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, downloading Trust.Zone software or configuration files, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations applicable to your location and your use of the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company or another organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms of Service on its behalf.

Privacy and No-Logs

Trust.Zone does not monitor, collect or store logs of users' VPN activity or traffic-related metadata. Therefore, Trust.Zone cannot identify which Customer performed any specific online activity through the VPN Service or provide such information, because this data does not exist.

Trust.Zone does not track Customers for advertising or profiling purposes and does not use third-party analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on the Site or in its applications. Additional information about the limited data required to provide the Service is available in the Trust.Zone Privacy Policy.

Responsibilities of Customer

You agree to:

- Keep your Trust.Zone account credentials secure and confidential, prevent unauthorized access to your account, and promptly notify Trust.Zone if you know or suspect that your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account except to the extent caused by Trust.Zone.

- Use the Service only on devices and systems that you own, control or are otherwise authorized to use. You may not transfer, rent, publicly share or provide your account, credentials, Trust.Zone VPN Client or downloaded configuration files to other internet users.

- Comply with the device and simultaneous connection limits included in your subscription plan and any additional connection packages purchased by you. You may not circumvent or attempt to circumvent these limits.

- Use the Service for personal use on end-user devices and not to relay or redistribute traffic or content of other systems or users through the Service. You may not use hosted or remote server infrastructure to relay or redistribute automated or sustained high-volume traffic or content through the Service.

- Not sell, sublicense, trade or otherwise commercially transfer access to the Service or your credentials without specific written permission from Trust.Zone.

- Not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk communications, operate open proxies or open relays, perform unauthorized port or vulnerability scanning, or distribute messages in a manner intended to conceal or evade responsibility for the sender.

- Not use the Service to gain unauthorized access to any device, account, system or network, or to conduct credential stuffing, denial-of-service attacks, network flooding, sabotage or any other malicious activity.

- Not use the Service for phishing, fraud, distribution of malware or viruses, infringement of intellectual property rights, or any other activity prohibited by applicable law.

You must take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized use of or access to the Service through your account, devices or systems.

If Trust.Zone reasonably determines that an account has been shared, transferred, resold or used to provide access to unrelated third parties, Trust.Zone may restrict, suspend or terminate the account.

Software and Intellectual Property

Subject to these Terms of Service, Trust.Zone grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to download, install and use Trust.Zone software and configuration files solely for your permitted use of the Service during your subscription period.

The Service, website, applications, software, designs, documentation, trademarks, logos and other Trust.Zone materials are owned by or licensed to Trust.Zone and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except where permitted by applicable law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works from Trust.Zone software or materials.

Services and Warranties

Actual service coverage, speeds, locations and quality may vary. The Service is intended to be available at all times, except during limited periods of maintenance or repair. However, availability may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including emergencies, service provider failures, equipment or network problems, interference, network congestion and technical limitations. The Service may therefore be interrupted, restricted or temporarily unavailable. We are not responsible for data, messages or pages that are lost, delayed, misdirected or not delivered due to interruptions or performance issues affecting the Service or communications networks. We may impose reasonable usage or service limits, suspend the Service or restrict certain types of usage when necessary to protect users, maintain network security or ensure the stable operation of the Service. Network speeds are estimates only and may vary depending on device configuration, connection type, encryption, network congestion, location and other factors. The accuracy, completeness and timely delivery of data received through the Service are not guaranteed, and delays or omissions may occur.

The availability of applications, protocols, server locations and Service features may vary depending on the Customer's device, operating system, application version, subscription plan and selected connection method. Certain features or additional services may require a specific Trust.Zone application, manual configuration or supported protocol. Trust.Zone does not guarantee that every feature will be available on every device, operating system or application version.

Trust.Zone makes no warranty or guarantee regarding the performance, features, compatibility, availability or content of any Internet service, website, application, device or system accessed through or connected to the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trust.Zone will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity or data, arising from or related to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trust.Zone's total liability arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the affected subscription. These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Indemnity

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Trust.Zone harmless from and against any loss, cost, expense or liability arising from any claim, demand or proceeding brought against Trust.Zone in connection with: the use or attempted use of the Service by the Customer or any person authorized by the Customer; the use of any facility or equipment connected to the Service by the Customer or any person authorized by the Customer; or any hardware or software damage, compromise or contamination resulting from such use.

Termination

Hacking, cracking, distribution of viruses, fraudulent activities, network sabotage, phishing, and/or any conduct deemed illegal, abusive, or unwanted shall be subject to suspension or termination. The Service is provided for personal use: using hosted or remote server infrastructure to relay or redistribute automated or sustained high-volume traffic or content through the Service is likewise grounds for suspension or termination. Users are responsible for the proper and secure configuration of their services and for any damages caused by their negligence or exposure of vulnerabilities, whether intentional or unintentional.

Trust.Zone may suspend or restrict provision of the Service to the Customer at any time if: payment for the Service is overdue; the Customer becomes bankrupt or insolvent, enters into an arrangement with creditors or, being a company, is placed in receivership, under official management or has a provisional liquidator appointed; the Customer breaches any material term or condition of this agreement; it appears that the Customer is engaging in activity that may cause damage to Trust.Zone systems or any other system or network; the Customer is engaging in spam, unsolicited bulk communications, network flooding, denial-of-service activity or other abusive use of the Service; or the Customer is using the Service as a means to commit unlawful activity.

Trust.Zone may, at its sole discretion, suspend or restrict provision of the Service to the Customer at any time in the event of an emergency or whenever Trust.Zone considers such action necessary or reasonable to safeguard the Service, protect its systems or maintain the security and stability of the network.

Paid Subscription

Where available, and subject to applicable eligibility and availability conditions, a FREE TRIAL subscription may be added to the Customer's account after the Customer confirms the email address. The availability of a FREE TRIAL may be limited based on promotional terms, region, account eligibility or other conditions determined by Trust.Zone. The FREE TRIAL allows the Customer to test the Service before deciding whether to purchase a paid subscription. Its duration, features and connection limits are displayed when the trial is activated.

The FREE TRIAL does not automatically convert into a paid subscription unless this is expressly disclosed and authorized by the Customer before activation. Purchasing a paid subscription is optional.

The price, subscription period, billing frequency, data allowance, simultaneous connection limit and included features are displayed before purchase and form part of the Customer's subscription.

Once Trust.Zone receives confirmation of payment, the paid subscription is activated and the FREE TRIAL ends immediately, even if part of the FREE TRIAL period remains unused.

Discounts, coupons, bonus periods and optional add-ons may be subject to additional conditions disclosed at checkout. Unless otherwise required by law, promotional or bonus periods have no separate cash value.

Additional services, including Dedicated IP addresses, Port Forwarding, additional simultaneous connections and DDoS Protection, are subject to their stated availability, supported locations, applications, protocols and technical requirements. Additional services may require an active paid subscription and may become unavailable when the related subscription expires or is terminated. Trust.Zone may replace or withdraw a particular IP address, location or additional service where reasonably necessary for security, legal, technical or operational reasons.

Customers using Port Forwarding are responsible for the secure configuration of any device, application or service made accessible through an opened port and for any consequences resulting from an insecure or vulnerable configuration.

Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

Some payment methods allow the Customer to choose recurring billing. If the Customer selects recurring billing, the paid subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing period until recurring billing is canceled. The billing period, price and renewal terms will be displayed before purchase.

Recurring billing may be canceled using the available cancellation options. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation applies to future renewals and does not affect access to the Service during the current paid subscription period.

Any change to the renewal price will apply only to a future renewal. Trust.Zone or the applicable payment provider will provide advance notice of material price changes where required by applicable law.

Refund Policy

Trust.Zone offers a voluntary 10-day money-back guarantee for the Customer's first paid subscription purchased directly through the Trust.Zone website. To request a refund, the Customer must contact Trust.Zone in writing through the contact form or by email within 10 days of the purchase date.

Refund requests submitted more than 10 days after the purchase date will be denied.

Before requesting a refund, the Customer may review the Trust.Zone FAQ or contact the Trust.Zone support team for assistance.

Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. Trust.Zone will notify the Customer by email when the refund is processed. Depending on the payment method and provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear. The FREE TRIAL subscription is provided without charge and does not renew automatically.

Purchases made through an app store, reseller or other third-party merchant may be subject to that provider's cancellation and refund procedures. Trust.Zone may deny the voluntary money-back guarantee in cases of fraud, chargeback abuse, repeated refund abuse or a material violation of these Terms of Service, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Any approved refund for a transaction made using Bitcoin or another cryptocurrency will be calculated using the exchange rate between the cryptocurrency and the original transaction currency at the time the refund is processed, not the exchange rate at the time of the original payment or refund request. Network and transaction fees are non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Payment Processing

Prices and billing frequency are displayed before purchase. Applicable taxes, if any, may be calculated and added at checkout based on the Customer's billing address and applicable tax requirements. Banks, card issuers, payment services or cryptocurrency networks may also apply currency conversion charges, processing fees or network fees that are outside Trust.Zone's control.

Unless otherwise stated, any discount displayed for a subscription plan is calculated by comparing the total price of the plan with the regular price of the one-month subscription multiplied by the total number of months included in the offer. If an offer includes bonus or free months, those months are included in the total subscription period used to calculate both the displayed discount and the equivalent monthly price. The equivalent monthly price is calculated by dividing the total amount payable by the total number of months included in the offer, including any bonus or free months, and does not represent monthly billing. Discount percentages and equivalent monthly prices may be rounded and are calculated before any applicable taxes or additional fees.

Prices, equivalent monthly prices and displayed discount percentages may vary depending on the currency selected or made available to the Customer. Prices in different currencies may be set separately and may not represent a direct conversion based on current exchange rates. The price, discount and total amount displayed in the selected currency at checkout will apply to the purchase.

Trust.Zone authorizes the Distributor to receive payments and payouts from third-party companies, including payment services, e-commerce platforms and websites, payment gateways, financial institutions, contractors and subcontractors, by any means, except for all incoming and outgoing payments made using cryptocurrencies, provided that such transactions do not conflict with this Agreement or applicable law.

The Licensor is responsible for managing cryptocurrency payments involving third parties, including payment services, e-commerce platforms and websites, payment gateways and financial organizations. Accordingly, all incoming and outgoing cryptocurrency payments are managed by the Licensor, Internet Privacy Ltd.

These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly presented at purchase, constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and Trust.Zone regarding the Service. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
